The Walking Dead Season 6 Blu-ray

"The Last Day on Earth" extended version makes this 5-disc Blu-ray set worth buying all by itself. In listening to the commentary it's discovered the dialog from Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan) to Rick's group is taken word-for-word from the comics. If you're a fan of TWD comics, you'll enjoy that Morgan's Negan is something the comic book series would be proud of.

Rick's group starts Season 6 by looking into a quarry full of Walkers, along with a run through of a plan to get the Walkers away from the town of Alexandria. Things go from bad to worse for Rick's group. While Rick and the majority of the group is out dealing with a massive herd of the Walkers in the quarry, an attack is happening on Alexandria by the Wolves. The Wolves devastate Alexandria, brutally slaying several of the people living in Alexandria. But they come to realize that, as bad as the Wolves were, as bad as the Governor was...there are far more terrifying things to fear in the "New World." Who knew a whistle in the night could instill so much fear?

The introduction of Negan to Rick and the others is the apex of Season 6. The look in Rick's eyes, the convulsions of fear rippling over Rick, shake the whole foundation of Rick's group.

Season 6 was packed full of nail-biting, edge-of-your-seat excitement. From the unknown fate of Glenn to Rick losing Jessie, Morgan and Carol to the Wolves to the group discovering their world is bigger than they thought, straight on to the most terrifying threat they've faced, Season 6 is non-stop action. If you don't go out and get any other Blu-Ray set, make sure this is the one you purchase. You won't be disappointed.

On top of all the action, another nice little feature is the mini-catalog in the front of the Blu-Ray you can use to order your Walking Dead merchandise.
