Commentary: I do think it's time for Dan Slott to leave Spider-Man, but I have enjoyed his work on many other books, most recently SILVER SURFER. Moving from Spider-Man to Iron Man seems like it should be a really good fit for him.  I actually really like the dynamic between Iron Man and Spider-Man when those two characters when written well, so I hope that we get more of that moving forward.

As for ANT-MAN AND THE WASP, I absolutely love Nadia Pym, so I am glad to see her here.  I think she is the first "legacy" character that has been announced.as appearing in a FRESH START book.  My only real gripe is that this book doesn't quite make sense though.  If you are teaming Scott Lang with a young hero, why not just use his daughter, Stinger?  I get that they want to have an ANT-MAN AND WASP book on the shelves when the movie comes out, but Nadia is a very different character from Hope in the movies.  But that is mostly just a petty gripe on my part.  I like Scott Lang, so I will definitely check this out.

Marvel continues to announce very good creative teams for their Marvel Fresh Start books.  I have been critical about Marvel doing another relaunch, but it's real hard to complain about the books we are getting.
