Commentary: I love the idea of combining heroes here.  Reminds me a little of when DC and Marvel did it as Amalgam during DC Vs Marvel.  My only real gripe is that it might have been cooler to see characters combined with lesser known characters (especially since the team is called the Justice Titans), but the designs are cool and I still think this is a real fun idea that I'd like to see more of.
