From Multiversity Guidebook: When President Lex Luthor murdered the Flash, the Superman of this world took it upon himself to punish Luthor by death and instituted a global police state patrolled and maintained by the tyrannical, super-powered Justice Lords.

Commentary: Not digging the art on this one, but I loved the Justice Lords episodes of Justice League.  They also did a great job when they brought them back for Justice League Beyond.  I think this is a great concept and a disturbing mirror for the DC heroes to view themselves through.
